Did you know that...according to the historian Pliny the Elder, who lived in the 1st century AD, the Romans hunted whales in the Mediterranean. Recent archaeological discoveries have confirmed this theory.
This map of the Mediterranean will take you on a journey through time and spark your imagination. It will also help you plan your next vacation ;). The product is hand-polished, painted, and glued in our workshop. The frame is made of upcycled reclaimed wood. Its color and appearance are unique – each product will be one-of-a-kind due to the unique arrangement of knots and marks left on the wood by time. The photos in the product gallery show a sample frame. Both the map and the frame have holes on the back for hanging.
